Mallorca

Los Leones main house was built in 1.920. This listed building has been  recovered and totally rehabilitated and some new contemporary buildings have been added with the result of one of the top vacational villas in Mallorca.

Mal Pas, where Los Leones main House was built in 1.920, is located in Alcúdia,  in the North of Mallorca, between 2 beautifull  bays (Pollensa and Alcudia) that harbour some of the most outstanding beaches in the Mediterranean Sea. You'll find a wide variety of them: fine sand beaches, pebble beaches..

The closest beaches to the Property are "Sant Pere"and "Sant Joan" , two small fine white sand beaches just 2 minutes walking from Los Leones. They offer a splendid view of "Formentor", the north Mallorca's end.

"Formentor Beach” is in the north of the island  and its aproximately 20 minutes with car from the property. It is one of Mallorca's legendary beaches. The trip to Formentor offers some of the best views on the island. After winding up into the craggy hills of the Serra de Tramuntana you'll arrive to this beautiful cove with extraordinary views over Alcúdia. The final spur of the Serra de Tramuntana shelters this place from the north wind as pine trees and holm oaks stand close to its golden sands and crystal clear water. At the end of the cove, in front of a tiny islet, stands the Hotel Formentor, which preserves the prodigious beauty of the old times, a hotel frequented by many leading celebrities. It is worth enjoying  one day in the beach and  have lunch in one of the Hotel's restaurants.
Formentor beach is 900 meters long and divided in different sections. There's a rocky area, a pier and a sandy spot with many little coves all surrounded by pine trees.

“Puerto de Alcudia” and “Puerto de Pollensa” are the 2 beatifull bays surounding Mal Pas. Not only the harbours but also the  villages Pollensa and Alcudia   which are beautifull small villages with an interesting story and a vibrant summer life. There is a summer daily market in Alcudia.

“Playas de Muro” consists of the 5.2 kilometres of coastline that form part of this municipality in the north of Mallorca. It is a beach with tranquil waters and moderate waves, fine, golden sand, and some stretches with pine groves, undergrowth and junipers. One particularly notable feature is the pine wood in the Es Comú area, which is closed off to traffic.
The beach has a blue flag, an emblem that guarantees the beach’s optimum conditions as regards environment and facilities. This distinction is renewed every year after exhaustive national inspections.
